Tri-Lad Flange and Fittings Inc. is a wholly Canadian owned and operated Company, with its Head Office and main business located in Paris, Ontario. The company also maintains a stocking warehouse and sales office in Edmonton, Alberta as well as a distribution point in Buffalo, New York, USA.
Tri-Lad is a manufacturer of large diameter and commodity flanges, and a master distributor of butt weld, forged steel, and black malleable fittings and carbon steel pipe nipples for the North American market.
Tri-Lad’s operates in a 75,000 sq. ft. fully integrated sales, administration, manufacturing and warehousing facility in Paris, Ontario and maintains a stocking warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta. The new facilities allow Tri-Lad to focus on improved customer service, to expand its inventory and product line, which now includes API materials, and to provide more competitive pricing due to its lower cost structure.
Our History
The earliest history of the Company dates back to 1952 when the Ladish Company of Canada was established in Brantford, Ontario, as a subsidiary of the parent Ladish Company of Cudahy, Wisconsin.
That Company was bought and sold a number of times until it was purchased by Alfa Laval of Sweden in 1989.
On January 30, 2004 a group of Canadian investors purchased all of the assets of Tri-Lad Inc. and created Tri-Lad Flange and Fittings Inc. the Company is now owner managed.
Due to the changes in the Company’s structure and business plans, all of its operations were moved to new facilities in Paris, Ontario approximately 30 kilometers from Brantford, Ontario.
Since starting in the industry as the Ladish Company of Canada in 1952, our name has changed from Ladish to Tri-Clover, Tri-Lad Inc. and currently Tri-Lad Flange and Fittings Inc. During these changes we have continued the tradition of quality for which Ladish was so well known. While over the years our Company name and ownership changed a number of times our reputation for integrity, trust, confidentiality and commitment are fundamental values and are still integral to Tri-Lad today.
