The company is focused on it's core competencies; Large Diameter, High Pressure, High Yield flanges and "specialty" flanges. Our strength is based on the knowledge and experience of our people, many whom have been in the inidustry for decades.

Tri-Lad operates in a 75,000 sq. ft. fully integrated sales, administration, manufacturing and warehousing facility in Paris, Ontario.

Our History

Tri-Lad Flange and Fittings Inc. and Allied Fitting, L.P. became sister companies in November of 2007 when they came under common ownership.

The earliest history of the Company dates back to 1952 when the Ladish Company of Canada was established in Brantford, Ontario, as a subsidiary of the parent Ladish Company of Cudahy, Wisconsin.

Since that time, our name has changed from Ladish to Tri-Clover, Tri-Lad Inc. and currently Tri-Lad Flange and Fittings Inc. During these changes we have continued the tradition of quality for which Ladish was so well known. While over the years our Company name and ownership changed a number of times our reputation for integrity, trust, confidentiality and commitment are fundamental values and are still integral to Tri-Lad today.

Due to the changes in the Company’s structure and business plans, all of its operations were moved to new facilities in Paris, Ontario approximately 30 kilometers from Brantford, Ontario.
